Just go through these simple steps to place an order on our website
- Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size and click "ADD TO BAG"
- Go to your bag page, once you have added all the products you wish to buy
- You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘Apply Coupon’ or enter your Gift Card code if any by clicking on ‘Redeem Gift Card’
- Click 'CHECKOUT'
- Sign in to your account using your registered email id and password. If you are a first time visitor, you can proceed to checkout as a Guest User or create a new account in one short step for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout.
- Enter your shipping and billing address
- Choose from prepaid & COD payment options
- Re-check your order details
- Click on "Place Order"
- In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be re-directed to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.
- For international orders, we do not offer the option to pay cash on delivery.
- Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with all your order information.

You can be assured that enclothe offers you the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. We work with only reliable and secure payment partners. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us. We do not retain your banking information.
The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to LKR 15000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Online Banking, Credit/Debit Card and Mobile Wallets.
Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy, select the size and click ‘Add to Bag’, and view your cart. Here you can enter the discount/coupon code or enter your gift card code, click on Apply Code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from Enclothe once your order has been successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.
To check the status of your order, log into your account on the Enclothe website, and go to the My Orders section to get all the information. You can track your order on Order Tracking page.

You will receive the parcel within 1-3 working days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location. For International orders, the average delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on the country of residence.
Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please inform our customer care team on WhatsApp: +94740 1717 96 or Call us at +94112 1717 91 so that we can attempt the delivery at a later date.
All shipping charges are FLAT irrespective of the order size and weight.
We use leading courier companies such as koombiyo, Domex & Fardar for shipments in Sri Lanka. All international orders are sent through DHL and FedEx.
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and solely depend on the customs rules at that point in time. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country.
Returns or exchanges would not be accepted for Discounted items.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, Enclothe would like to exchange them according to our easy exchange policy. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
The following exceptions & Rules apply to our return & exchange policy
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange for the online purchased styles.
You can exchange an eligible product only once, which means you cannot exchange an already exchanged product.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
The product must not be damaged. Damage resulting due to improper shipping and handling will not be accepted here.
For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. Please keep in mind the following :
- You need to send a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

Kindly note, orders can only be canceled before they are packed in our warehouse.
For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
- Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only.
- Heavily embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned.
- More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly.
- Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed.
- We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
